A slower-paced, form focused class designed to help you build muscle, increase strength, and feel confident lifting.

50-60 minutes of full body conditioning, cardio endurance, strength, and calorie burn using high intensity intervals.

Youth Fitness

A fun, high-energy fitness class for kids ages 5-12! Featuring games, relays, Dance parties, yoga and age appropriate workouts.

Our Mixed-Level Yoga class blends movement, mindfulness, and stress relief into one inclusive, energizing session designed for every body--whether you're brand new to yoga or have years of practice.
